Developed for Playhouse Disney by Media Farm, Animal Shuffle brings the traditional slide puzzle onto the screen, where a child host provides clues to the audience as to what the puzzle will reveal. “Can you solve this puzzle? This animal has a long bushy tail.”
Once the puzzle is solved the episodes conclude with a small sequence of shots of the hero animal along with some interesting animal facts, showing kids the many wonderful creatures on our planet.
Media Farm developed an intricate post path that enabled a 4k HD image to be split into 9 squares with selected square zooming out to highlight particular puzzle tiles. The series was written, directed and produced by Media Farm from development to delivery.
