Media Farm teamed up with global consulting company RogenSi to deliver an eLearning course that focused on improving Personal Banker skills in Opportunity Management & Portfolio Management.

Media Farm took the learning content developed by RogenSi and Westpac SME’s and produced 5 presenter driver training videos that are being distributed through Westpac’s Share Point system. Personal Bankers are required to watch and learn from the training videos prior to sitting for an assessment that is to be reviewed by their manager.
