Media Farm was approached by eLearning company Online Learning Australia to undertake a joint tender to provide the entire Westpac Group with OH&S and Compliance training. Westpac were seeking a unique and innovative creative solution to deliver large amounts of mandatory training in an engaging and entertaining manner to its 40,000+ employees.
Media Farm’s creative team developed an overarching creative solution based on a YouTube style interface that saw Media Farm and Online Learning Australia win the tender against four of Australia’s top eLearning providers.
Over a 5 month production schedule we created 25 different concepts and produced over 5 hours of high quality training videos that included live action drama, documentary, 2D and 3D animation and interactive activities.
