Our Management Team
Phillip started his TV career as a Reporter on Simon Townsend’s Wonder World! before moving behind the camera. Working for his own production companies or in a freelance capacity, Phillip has produced or produced/directed over 300 hours of broadcast television, including All For Kids, Wonder World!, Just For The Record and line producing the first series of Candid Camera in Australia, He was a Producer/Director with Yoram Gross EMTV on Flipper & Lopaka and Tabaluga 2 as well as helping develop Fairy Tale Police Department. As a founding member and the Producer at A Couple ‘A Cowboys he co-created and was responsible for the production requirements of Australia’s number one selling game – The Video Board game NIGHTMARE – A DVD version and sequel of the game has been released through Yoram Gross-EMTV (now Flying Bark) and licensed to over 15 territories.
Phillip has also gained recognition producing internationally award winning television commercials and corporate films such as the REAL Slice of Heaven Campaign for the New Zealand Tourism Board and the BAFTA Awarded Fields of Gold for the Tourism Authority of Thailand. He produced and directed the documentary Missing Millions for Network TEN and the Australian Film Finance Corporation, ASTRA Awarded Cooking For Kids with Luis, the LOGIE and ASTRA nominated CAMP ORANGE and CAMP ORANGE – SLIMEY HOLLOW and the ASTRA winning series Gardening For Kids with Madi for Nickelodeon Australia and Nick Jr. Phillip is the Director/Producer of ALL FOR KIDS screening on the Seven Network and Nick Jr. Phillip is the key creative on Media Farm’s television projects and is a hands on Producer/Director.
Catherine Nebauer
Catherine Nebauer is the Director of TaleFinn Entertainment which was established in 2008. TaleFinn Entertainment offers Consultancy and Executive Production services. Clients include Movie Network, Fremantle Entertainment and Foxtel. Catherine Nebauer acts as Executive Producer on a number of series including Trapped (52 x ½ hour Children’s series for Channel 7) Broome (a 13 x 1 hour Prime Time drama series in development with Channel 9) Camp Cassidy ( 26 x ½ hour series in development) Resistance (26 x ½ hour series in development with the ABC.) Prior to establishing TaleFinn Entertainment Catherine was General Manager, SVP for Nickelodeon Asia where she oversaw distribution, ad sales, marketing and programming. Catherine was responsible for launching new channels in Korea, China (a 2 hour block on SMG), New Zealand as well as an 8 hour block on Free TV network Global in Indonesia. Before moving to Asia, Catherine was the Managing Director for Nickelodeon Australia where she was responsible for launching Nick Jr. as well as overseeing strong ad sales growth as well as delivering the # 1 Channel and on line portal for kids.
Now a part of the Media Farm Management Team Catherine acts as Executive Producer as well as being responsible for international sales and business development.
Jason Critelli
Jason’s career began producing travel shows & in-flight promos for Qantas working with state, federal and international tourism bodies. In 2001 he moved to Fijian based production company “Tahila Pasifika” which saw him develop TV programs for funding under the new Fiji Audio visual Tax Incentive Scheme.
In 2002 he established Total Perception – now Media Farm, with Phillip Tanner, which has seen Jason produce over 60 hours of TV programs, TV Series, animation, TV commercials and music videos. His credits include associate producer/production manager for Missing Millions a one hour documentary for Network Ten, for Nickelodeon the LOGIE and ASTRA nominated kids reality series Camp Orange and Camp Orange Slimey Hollow, Gardening for Kids with Madi and My Friend Mark. For Seven & Nickelodeon, All for Kids Series I, for Seven & Disney Channel, All for Kids Series II. For Disney Channel Animal Shuffle and My Camp Rock 2.
Jason has produced TV commercials for agencies such as Lowe Hunt, Hydrate and the Ideas Group clients including Johnson & Johnson, Pharmacare, Centre Bet Denmark, Angus & Robertson and Priscilla Queen of the Desert-The Musical. He has also produced corporate films for St. George Bank, TAFE NSW, Qantas Airways and The Westpac Group. At Media Farm Jason works in development & production as well as being responsible for the day to day running of the company.
Rami Fischler
Rami started producing and directing short films in 2004, and commercial projects in 2006 when he joined Total Perception. “The Changing Man”, 3-minute live action/animation comedy was screened in 11 festivals worldwide and won the recognition award in SUFF 2007. Since then Rami produced and directed numerous mixed live action/animation projects such as My Friend Mark – a series of 40 episodes of educational music videos for kids for Channel 7 and Nickelodeon Australia, and Animal Shuffle – a 23 episode interstitial series for the Disney Channel. Rami recently headed a video based solution for a training course for the Westpac Groups’ 40,000 employees, producing and directing over 4 hours of mixed 2D, 3D and live action content. This course has won the prestigious eLearning Achievement Award in AITD, 2011, as well as 3 LearnX awards the same year: including platinum for best videos in a training course. It is also an Australian eLearning excellence awards finalist. Recently Rami produced “Life In Vitro”, a 55-minute documentary about In Vitro Fertilisation, which premiered in Antenna Film Festival in Sydney this October, and won Special Mention Audience Award.
